I used the machine a few hours ago and no problems, now I have loaded a new design and told the machine to measure the board and it tells me to load a board, I have cleaned it and turned it off and unplugged it and sitll get same thing any ideas?:)

Sounds like you might have a stuck/dirty roller switch or if it's getting cold the head preassure is too low. Check the head pressure with a bathroom scale. There are many posts about hese problems here if you use the search function.
