Any one have this error? Keeps happening at different places on my carve. Did a search on x axis error and it tells me I do not have enough words for a search.

I seemed to remember a while back someone was tracking errors with fixes.

Hi Azbear,

Try Searching --- "X axis error 236" or just "Error 236"
It should work for you

Sorry fellow forum users. My display clearly stated X axis error. "search" tips are not showing this error message. I'm seeing "Y" and "Z" posts, but no "X".

Wondering how this one works.

I probably should contact LHR on this one unless I'm not focused in on the search.

You can look at these, but their not much help
Looks like a call to a LHR tech is the best solution

I think '236' errors may be an 'axis stall' type error (but I'm just extrapolating on other reported 236 errors). You did not mention if this happens every carve or just occasionally. I would suspect that perhaps you had a board bind at some point and that chipped a gear off your X-axis drive. But, calling CW would be the best bet to find out.

It's happening on each carve now. After it errors, I'm reloading the board and start another carve. Board measures fine, Didn't see any skipping of conveyor belt while measuring the length of the board. Error happens at a different point a minute or 2 into carve.

Will have to call LHR tommorow morning.

Does the screw with the spring on it at the top of the Z-motor hit the cover as you slide it across the x-axis? Maybe it needs tightened down a bit?

Funny you should state that. I was just looking at that very thing. Mine is really close to the slot it moves in. Will focus in on this one.
