Hi,

I am in the process of getting my COMPUCARVE.

Sears & the manufacturer offer the same price. Sears offers extended warranty, i can return the machine without any hassle in case something happens, but CARVEWRIGHT charges 20% restocking fee (if used) or 10% if new (not used and returned).

So, what's the benefit of getting the product directly from the manufacturer?
Is the machine different? Better? Can somebody tell me please?? Thanks!

The only difference - the name on the label.....EVERYTHING else is the same. ;)
