roller bearing sweeper

I just complete my first carve it was great but as i was cleaning it i noticed that one of the roller bearing sweepers was not riding on the track properly can i still use mechine or should it be reparied before use . Plus I need to know about grounding the mechine for my dust collector I have been reading the posts on the forum think you have a great system

if it's the plastic clip's you can run, just order some extra one's. grounding is on your own, look @ pictures.
