How do I update my firmware?

I need to update my firmware, I have done it before (with guidance from T.C.,) but like usual when I follow directions I have no memory of how I did it.

Run the CarveWright Designersoftware and select "Flash Manager..." from the "File" menu. Wheneveryou access the flash from the Designer, it verifies that your firmwareis up-to-date. If it is not up-to-date (as in this case), then you will be asked whether you want to update. Let it do the update, and then you may exit the flash manager.:o
