I just got a new January catalog from Woodcraft and on page 2b is the CW and the probe. Both are listed for full price.

Hello Mike,

Did they have a "special project" listed as included with the purchase of the machine? (The WoodCraft website does.)

No Mike, there's nothing in the catalog about a special project. The picture of the machine shows an electric guitar coming out. Also listed is a one year warranty. I'll have to look up their website.
I thank the flood gate is about to open. Not only with CW but other companies making something like it at 2k price market.
