As noted in the readme file when I upgraded I need to re-register my licenses. My user name, I thought, is Ivanq but the register process does not accept this. Do I need to create a NEW username+password? I called CW but no answer.

Thanks for the help

I noticed that my user name got changed to all lowercase for some reason. Once I typed it in all lower case it was fine.

I upgraded to 1.125 and also have 1.120 working by reloading it. My first attempt to rename it didn't work. When I open them both, 1.120 now has the Feather option???... The only difference I see is when it opens I get 1.120 on one and 1.125 on the other. After that they look the same then when I look at HELP I see the difference. One is the 1.120 Help and the 1.125 has the new options. Is this what everyone else gets?

I am more a Hardware Guy....

All versions have had a 'Feather' tool. Version 1.125 also has a 'Draft' tool (it's under one of the menus). The only difference you see is in the Splash screen on start up. Pattern editor has a few new tools in 1.125 as well.

Thanks, I guess I just didn't see it earlier in 1.120....

So as I understand it, if I open any old 1.120 MPC's they convert so I can't play with them in 1.120 again?

Looks like more reading and searching is in order..... Just put it off the upgrade so I wouldn't stop my production.... But as it is, I have not cut anything in 2 weeks.....

Hello AL,

Your old mpc's will be converted to the "new" format only if you save them from 1.125. And you are right - saved in 1.125 they can no longer be opened in prior versions of Designer, unfortunately.

Good idea to keep 1.120 enabled for now.

If you do open a project in 1.125 that you might like to edit or later use in 1.120, make a duplicate (copy) of the 1.120 version first.

Yes, that is good advice. Thanks!
