Sound Deadener

Sometime ago, someone posted some pics and info on building a box arounf the CW to muffle the sound. I'm in Buffalo and have to run the CW in the basement in the winter as the garage is a few degrees to cold (10 today). Where else could you have a great NHL hockey game outdoors!
I believe it was constructed out of sheet foam. If anyone can point me to that thread, it would be greatly appreciated.
