Adding Fonts to Designer

Can someone tell me how to add new fonts to Designer? Is there a file I can append or some place else that will see new fonts?

My understanding is that there are no fonts in the actual Designer program. Rather it uses the fonts on your computer. So simply add the new fonts to your computer and you should have them available in Designer.
