Dumb me. I need to replace my QC Chuck again because I wasn't paying attention when I inserted an ogee bit to finish up a project. I didn't make sure the the adapter was snapped into the chuck properly. I also lost the piece I was working on. Now I'll lose a week of playing with my machine until the new chuck is delivered. I should say chucks because I ordered an extra one just in case I do the same dumb thing again.
