Can't help but think that will save their service department a lot of time trying to help describe a fix over the phone.

A BIG thank you.

Crap, now I have to stop calling everything on the machine a 'do-hicky'. I'll actually have to look up the proper name in the new parts manual. :grumble: ;)

It's been a long time needed.

Just an added tip: After waiting 21 minutes for Service this morning, I was told that I needed to call Sales to get a part(press 2). And, they are not in on Saturday. I left a message for Service yesterday morning, but they never called me back yet. If I'd have known to go to Sales, my X Drive gear would probably be on its way to me. Drats! :(

Thanks for the parts list. It will help us all with nomenclature. I now know that the touch plate flipper thing is actually the bit tip locater plate. And since mine has gone flaccid, I need part number P008-00067 (Retaining E-clip).

This makes everything too easy. We'll actually know what part we're talking about.

THANKS LHR

And I was "Almost" finished making my own parts list. Compared to theirs, I'll stick to wood...lol
