Carving a picture from a digital Camera...

I can't seem to get a good quality carve. I have used the bit Opt. tool and set it to best....I have also set the quality to best when uploading to the card.

Any other tips?

Make sure you have cleaned up all the "jaggies" in the picture then apply a slight blurring effect.

zoom in on the photo. look for ragged edges and smooth them out.

It sounds like your on the right track, but clean-up and how the picture is saved make a difference.

Let me take a look at both your pictuer and Designer file (.mpc)... We'll see what we can do.... OK
