bit chuck keeps coming loose

Ok I know this should be an easy fix but this thing keeps coming loose no matter what I do. I've used lock tite but no luck. Is it okay to put a lock
washer on this thing or will that adversly effect the hight and depth travel
of the router.

Did you get all the oil and lube off the bit, locking screws, and the bit adapter,
Lock-Tite will not set up if any oil is present.

It's actually the the chuck that keeps coming loose from the Z truck. And yes, I've cleaned it of with some LPS cleaner before I put on the locktite. It's just when it's working and then heats up the chuck starts to unscrew and then the carving bit gets deeper and deeper into the wood.
I just got a hold of LHR and they are sending me some new stuff!
