when i load my bit and press enter the bit goes all the way over to the far side and a black flat piece of metal comes out and the bit touches it then the metal piece goes back to the side then it comes out and the bit touches it again. HERE IS THE PROBLEM !! The black piece of metal won't come all of the way out anymore. It comes part of the way out and the bit goes right past it. After several attempts the bit comes back to center and the lcd screen prompts me to put the bit in again. I haved vacumed and cleaned around the area of the metal plate and it still won't come all of the way out. I can't find any references to this piece of meatal and don't know what it is called. Needless to say, I am stuck! Can anyone help?
