In previous versions of Designer in order to import a ptn file you had to - this is a quote from another thread
" All you have to do is click on the .ptn file and save it to your hard drive. Then, in Designer, click on the pattern tool (the little seashell) then right-click on your favorites folder and click "import." ( Keenosan)
That was true. Now with the new version all you have to do is click on the ptn file. Instead of telling the computer to save it, just tell it to open it with Designer.
Designer will open and the file you clicked is automatically opened in the import image window. From there you can raise it, lower it, or invert. Of course when you click finish the save item window comes up with the options on where to save the file. This is a definite improvement over the previous versions. Nice improvement LHR. I like it! :D
