Probe on sale today

I missed the sale on the scanning probe on Monday (Cyber Monday) after Thanksgiving. Darn!

I found the same sale happening again today. Yippie!

Ordered it.

If you don't have a probe yet, today would be a good day to start ($225).

Yeah, I saw that. I was going to call them and ask if I could get the $225 price since I missed the Cyber Monday sale, but now I don't have to.

Now I just have to wait for delivery.

I ordered the probe on cyber Monday and am eagerly awaiting arrival.

Now I'm concerned that it might require the new software upgrade. Does anyone know if it does? I'd hate to have to return something that I've wanted for so long. :confused:

probe will work with 1.120 or 1.123 (and probably a few versions previous) so no problem. It is kinda slick, and I have scanned a few items, but I have been too busy to really get into it... the pattern editor is pretty useful by itself (although not sure what that means in vers 1.123 at this point... lots of info & mis-info to decipher and sort through).

Go for it!! It's the Christmas season and the CW needs a gift too!!!
