trajectory assertion error 499

after installing the 1.121 firmware I now get the trajectory assertion error 499message, can anyone tell me what this is?

I have not ever heard this one before but it might be a problem with your design and not the 1.121 I have that upgrade and have no problems with it.
Just a quick thought.
