Hey folks,
My CC machine ran into an error during my last carving session. When I plugged the memory card into my PC and attempted to submit the error information to CarveWright, I received an error message! I've attached a pair of screenshots. #1 shows the error message that resulted when I attempted to submit the CC error information. #2 shows the limited information that the CW software displays about the CC error.
Can anyone provide any insight on what went wrong here (either the original error on the CC machine, or the error-submission error on my PC)?
