What's Wrong With This?

I'm trying to cut a semi-circle out of the edge of a board. When I load this file on the machine, it just seems to lock up the system. Any ideas of what I'm doing wrong?

Hello DMiller,

You have not applied a "Cutpath" to your arc. What's more, the Cutpath tool won't be available unless you make the arc ends go a little BEYOND the bottom edge of the board (as you have it laid out, the ends stop at the edge).

Either extend the ends of the arc a little beyond the edge, or scoot the existing arc down so that the ends go off the board a tad. Then you'll see the cutpath tool will become available and you can click it to create your cutpath.

EDIT: for JohnB - When you create a cutpath, you do NOT assign a bit to the path - the 1/8" cutting bit is already automatically assigned - don't change it
