removing parts of an outline

Please look at the enclosed file. I know this is a minor thing, but am wondering if there is a way to do it in the software without a pattern...

The area i'd like to cut off at to the top-most hole, the left and right areas at the line marked. (or possibly a curve following the outside curve) the areas at the bottom i'd like to cut from the back a recess (like a rabbit) to attach a couple of cross members. (it's a wine rack)
I am wondering also, if if I bought the roundover bit, if I could round over the holes in one operation. I know it's easy to do with a router, but I am trying to save some steps..

Try this, it may or may not suit your purpose. As far as the round over bit, use your router is my advice. It's faster and smoother.
