I took two 1/4" scraps, one poplar and the other cedar. Laminated them like plywood and used a pattern from CW Buddies. Cut !0" X 5" X 1/2". Set the carve region at 5/16 or .312 and the pattern at 1/4 or .250 this gives you a great contrast and with the white wood on top with the red cedar background the eagle pattern with a little clean up is great. The eagle really stands out. When I can figure out how to download it from my files without the Firefox program taking over it will be fun to show off a little.
