Adding to library

I am trying to add some ptn. files to my library but cant figure out how can anybody help me with this.

In the upper left corner of your screen, click on File, then click new. This will start a new project in designer. Then click on the blue shell Icon to get your favorites list. Place your mouse pointer over the word favorites and RIGHT click, select import and find the file you want to add.
