Alt-Tab,.... Firmware won't stay on top....

I have to Alt-Tab, Alt-Tab because my Firmware won't stay on top to load the card. I have to Alt-Tab and that doesn't always work. I get parts of the window up. It seems to work if I minimize the Carvewright window.

Any answers?
