Which of these do you think would carve best?

I've tried a few different techniques on this picture of some wolves. Which number do you think would carve the best and why?

They will all carve ok depends on what you are looking for, what type of wood, plastic ,foamboard,carve depth,invert or not, etc .

Myself I dont think any of them are ready for a carve ,
But again I dont Know what you doing with them or your preferences ??

#1 about the best but #4 Has More detail needs moe depth ???
But all 3 face (head looks like a skelton) Boney !!!!!!!!!
