LHR Involvment

I have noticed increased messages on the forums from LHR in response to problems (phone's down) or upgrade issues etc. In the past, their posting were few and far between.

I want to commend them on this - it is good to see a compay being pro-active in it's relationship with their customers. Well done, and thank you LHR.

Yes I am glad they at least responded. Some companies won't even do that.

They use to post on here, but last spring time frame it all stopped abruptly. No explaination and the techs who were posting never said a word about it when you'd talk to them. Made no sense to me then, and still doesn't. Seems like any phone calls that could be headed off with a post in this forum would be a better usage of their resources.
