I don't know how she is yet. I have to wait for my son to get home to get her out of the box and try her out. I don't even know if they sent any paper work to let me know what they had to do to fix her;/
One thing I do know is that when she arrived there was a hole in the side of the box the size of a baseball. It punched clear through the top piece of styrafoam as well:(( She appears to be undamaged but I have to wonder what kind of shock she went through to acquire that hole....
How in the world did they do that??/ It came back DHL.
