Stuck wide open

New machine; cutting motor didn't work, so they sent me a new one to replace; cranked the head all the way up to remove cover screws; replaced motor; but now the head is stuck all the way up; crank won't lower it, the clutch just keeps clicking. Any ideas?

Its in the manual what you need to do. You will have to manually crank it down and it will show you.
