No display after "Memmory card error"

I just purchased my unit. I wne tstep by step through the startup steps. I then powered unit down, and pulled the card. I created a simple test design and uploaded it to card. Upon returning to the machine, I installed card, powered it up. When I selected projects on the LCD screen menu I got a Memmory card error. Since then the LCD screen is just a single row os black blocks. Rebooting machine does nothing. I upgraded to 1.120 software, and flshed memmory card with 1.120 firmware, but the machine is not reading.
Any ideas?

Try reformatiing and upgrading the card again. Always make sure that the machine is dead, that is - has a blank display, before pulling out the card.
