I raised the head up to do some good housekeeping on the unit with my shopvac and ,after the clean up, went to lower the head back down and the handle starts ratcheting as if I were cinching down on a piece of wood. Any suggestions on how to get the screws turning to lower the head?? Thanks for any help...
btw I did raise the head all the way to the top of it's limits but just when I started to feel tension on the handle while moving up I stopped....I had done this several times before without a problem.
