I just got my new Z pack to resolve my Y axis stalls. After reading back post in the forums. I read the simple solve is a good cleaning. The thing is when we clean the track we move the Z truck side to side. This puts a lot of stress on the white plastic pulley gears.

The gear on the Z pack is the gear that receives the most stress. The opposite gear is attached to a tension spring and this allows it to move. Plus if we try moving the Z truck with the power on then we force the truck to move. Even with the power off if I don't wait long enough it is tough to move.

Of course all of this is just a thought of what I think is the cause for Y axis and Z axis issue. Dust more for the Z axis. Well just a thought, tell me what you think?
