Homing Error

First time post. I am just learning the crave wright machine. I am now dead in the water from the following error: error 310, y/z homing error... please check home reader... it also gave another error number. Is the home reader the same as the board reader? Any advice - I'd hate tgo send it back.

I don't think there is a 'home reader'. First things first, have you upgraded Designer and your firmware to Version 1.120? Open Designer and then click on 'Check for updates'

There is a home sensor on the side of the truck. But the problem was the software. Thanks.
