I've had my CompuCarve for almost six months. I've had a few problems with it (mostly my fault using the software and getting used to the machine) the major one was a Z-Axis failure. They shipped out the Z-pack quickly and I was back at it. I've since ran into a few problems that I finaly had to call about.
Within three rings I had a tech on the line and will be shipping it out as soon as FedEx can get here. I was amazed, after reading so many negative posts, how quick and easy it was to get a hold of them. I was quoted an approximate 48hr return time from when they receive it. Of course that dependes on the problems and parts.
The sales side of the house says the CW0024 full bit set is still on back order so I opted to wait until I can saved up for it.
To sum up my day I talked to two LHR reps today in one phone call everyone was nice (the beefed up the staff) and I can't wait until this wonderful machine returns and I can get back to making chips!!
