Equalize measurements?

How do you change the height measurements in the size without it changing the width too?

Thanks but I need a way to do it exactly to the thousandths. My mouse is not accurate.

Click the dimension you want to change and enter the exact value.

If you constrain (attach) one side you should be able to resize the other.
