5 yr warrenty

I have read many posts on this topic and have some input.

"There currently is no 5 year
maintenance plan offered by Sears or our company. The initial warranty
of one year or 200 cut hours, which ever occurs first, is the only
warranty. If this information changes in the future, it will be
announced on the website. If you have any further questions, please
don't hesitate to contact us."

This is what I got for a response after inquiring about it, The warrenty sears has sold to individuals is not covered by CW.

What will sears do if they sold you one and you brought the machine in under this????

I think Sears will continue to hold onto your money until you sue them for the $50.00 bucks . And don't forget interest.
