Download from card to PC

Anybody know if it's possible to Download project from memory card to the PC? For those times when you upload a project without saving it first.
Damn.........hate it when I screw up the really simple things.

Im sorry to say you cant- it happened to me when I lost my HD and some 80k worth of jpgs. I had one thing I wanted to keep on the card the only way I can get it back now is to carve it again and use the scan probe and HOPE its not too big to do in one go. I haven't had the probe long enough to have material to play with meshing mulitiple scans into one larger one but it should be possible.
