Used Arial Narrow (didn't select bold). Set depth at .015
Result was depth averaged pretty close to that, but the width of the lettering was average .15 - .19 or so. In Designer, it shows the width to be less than .1 This is using 1/16" bit. Patterns seem to carve ok though. Have noticed a slight edge step on outer rim of oval cuts with 1/4" feather edge. It cuts a slight cut that doesn't follow the bevel into the oval, straight cut about .01 deep by .01 wide. Can live with that, have sanded it out, but the really fat text is a pain. Any ideas? Also.........this was recessed text. Shouldn't matter, in Designer, it doesn't affect the width. I know Designer doesn't show things exactly as they carve, but this is a big difference.
