I made this at my last show, which by the way was terrible! Anyhoot on my way down I blew out a tire on my portable shop. This is the second tire to do this so I went to Big O tires and the owner gave me a good deal on 4 tires. Plus replaced them quickly, so I made a sign for him free of charge.

This is what he wanted a seagull and lighthouse. I added the rope trim for a more ocean type sign. The wood is old growth redwood and look at the beautiful grain!

Very nice Rick. I especially like the finish and you are right - the grain is awesome! Is the rope design a VectorArt model?

Hi Rick, good to see you back on again. Your sign looks good, and that Wal-Mart paint looks pretty good too. Were you able to use the CC on your trip? If so what size generator are you using? And are you doing the shopbot dance now?

Thank you to everybody! Bill, yes I bought the pattern from Vector art 3D. Mike, I don't use a generator. I get power from the fairs I attend. I am thinking about getting a small generator, about 2500 watt.

My problem is at most of the fairs there is usually too many people plugged into the circuit. So it usually a 200 amp box with 2- 30 amp, 2- 50 amp and 8- 20 amp plugs. And all the plus are used.

I have more beautiful grained redwood I will post later.

If you don't mind, could you give an approixmate project completion time.
