Centerline/software upgrade

For what it's worth.........just got off the phone with Omar from software support from CW. Centerline available thru CW online store within a month (pain waiting, text is really crappy in the meantime). An upgrade of sorts comes with the probe, allowing pattern editing. He says he doesn't know of any "professional version" in the works. Didn't know of any real upgrade to Designer coming. His advice - keep watching CW site fore info.

Some of that is contrary to what many of us have already been told...

- new advanced version of Designer planned sometime before the end of the year - they were aiming for this summer (not free)

- update to the Pattern Editor software "soon" - rumored to be free to existing scanner owners - activates some functions not working now (notably, copy/paste), adds a working Help File
