After just the first carving, I'm getting this error now. My sensor reads between 0 and 152, but I can't get past this error. I've already taken the sensor out and looked at it. It looks totally clean. Any ideas?

Could be that your truck has a short, or the ribbon cable is loose. Give the people at CW a call.

I disconnected and reconnected the wire. It seemed like it was connected to me, although I can't see the other end.

It seems to me that the electronics are working ok since the sensor test reads the values just fine. The manual says that the normal range for the upper end is 150 to 170. Maybe it's really something like 155 to 170 and 152 isn't enough.

I had the unit work with around 60 off the board sensor but I had also a short so it’s hard to trace, look at the back of the truck with cover off and see if you can see any black wires out of the trucks Z wire case...
