Did a search of the forum, didn't find an answer (doesn't mean it wasn't there, just that I couldn't find it!). Best source for V-bits tha work with the machine besides ordering from CW. Best price isn't the most important, availability and fastest time to receive them counts more. Also looking for other bits that would be in the kit from CW. Thanks..........

I'm using these Freud bits with adapters from Sears:
20-154 V-Groove, 60°
20-110 V-Groove, 90°

Similar bits from other brands should also work.

Same here, I also picked another set of 60 and 90 Degree bits at the WoodWorker store on Saturday,
this morning my set came in that I ordered from CW last month. -- gatta drill more holes in my bit stand now

I have used Whiteside and CMT bits in my Carvewright and they worked just fine. I have only used sizes that are in the program software.

I got my 90 and 60 degree bits and adapters at Sears. Don't know if it was the best price, but they had them. Both seem to work fine.

18-108 - 1/2" Diameter Ball Nose, 1/4" Shank
39-101 - 3/16" Radius Roman Ogee, 1/4" Shank (This is actually 5/32" radius but OD matches and will substitute)

Which Whiteside bits did you use? Also - any Whiteside part numbers? Going to do an order from Woodcraft, I see they carry Whiteside bits. Thanks
