Was getting the close cover message about every 10 minutes and just pressed enter and away I went. After the project finished I check the plug in the back and it was good. I then took a small Philips screwdriver and tightened the 2 screws holding the left cover switch. Only about a full turn did it. Careful, over tightening it could shatter the plastic of the switch. That fixed it.
