OK, winter is over now here in South Dakota. I went to use my CW after many months in storage. Designer software says I have to RE-REGISTER???? It needs a serial # so I turned the CW on to a LCD screen of BARS?? Playing with contrast does nothing, how can I get my serial #, re-register, download updates........if I can't see my screen. I went to CW contact page on their site and filled everything out----there is no SUBMIT to click to send the info???
PS Machine was bought new from LHR last year (April?) and has perhaps 4 hours on it.
