Flash Card Messages

Has anyone experienced Flash Card messages i.e. X Axis Stall or
Y Axis Stall. These appeared on the Flash Card after a carving
stopped for no apparent reason, and after removing card from
the machine and using Flash Manager to view the card. The machine
gave no error messages after the carving stopped?? The Card also
displayed the option "Send these error messages" I selected that
option and am not sure if they got sent, and if so, where do they
go and how would it help my situation? Another message received
after reloading the project, and trying the carving again (Stopped
again in middle of carving at same spot as before) with no error
messages on the machine. I removed the card the card and examined
it with Flash Manager. It gave a message that the card was "corrupted".
I checked the firmware version and it was 1.120 and had the option to
re-flash the card. I did so, and then formatted the card. I find very
little documentation on the Flash Card, and nothing explaining what
these error messages mean. Would appreciate any help anyone can
supply. The project .mpc is included
