Has anyone had their machine to stop and say check cutter motor?....I vaccumed it off and it started right up again...Should I be concerned or not?

Mine has done it and it proved to be a loose rpm sensor (little green card located on top of the motor at the cutter end). I tightened the screws and have not had it since.

I had the same problem just a couple of days ago. Right after I upgraded to designer 1.120. I raised the clear cover, looked for loose connections, checked to make sure the flex cable was okay and the motor still in place. Then I closed the lid and pressed ENTER and it went along just fine.
I have absolutely no idea what the problem was.

If it continues you need to call CW it is the RPM sensor. They will need to send you a new one. I had this problem it is an anoyance but will not effect your performance. But watch for it plunging the bit into the wood without the motor turning.
