I used a corel vector graphic changed it to a Bitmap but when its changed to a Bitmap the lines are not nice an smooth when zoomed in more jagged. It cut out ok but showed the jagged lines. any help thanks

Chances are good that you're not using a high DPI setting. THe higher the DPI, the better.

Make sure that when you export that the measurement that is in the export box is approximately as big as what you want to engrave. Also, i jumped my resolution to 600 dpi. I know that i read somewhere that the machine only cuts at a resolution that is approx 200 dpi, but after changing my export to 600 dpi, it definately turned out better. Not sure why but it did. the file size was 92Mb for a 14.5 x 19.5 sign... and took a little while to transfer out and bring in to designer...
