I just got my baby back from the fine folks at Carvewrite, They fixed all the problems that have come up on my machine. I ran my first test pattern last night and to me my machine is running BETTER now than when I first got her. It seems to me that the Quality Control process is China needs some the good old boys from carvewright to go there and show them how to do the job right the first time.

I hope that's a consistent result, because I just got an email saying LHR printed off my shipping label to send my CW back to me. It will be nice to have a machine that can work like mine did the first 25 hours I had it, versus the last 2 weeks before I had to send it to TX.

How long was your machine gone?
Mines been gone only a week now.

Mine was gone for about 2 weeks from the day I sent it off, they did so good I even got the new smell back with it !!!!

Mine arrived at LHR on March 29th. So 8 calendar days.

Mine is on the way. Left Milwaukee 4/6/07. Supposed to get there on Tuesday 4/10/07.
