pattern help

I am hoping for help with this pattern. I would like to have the emblems in the center (square , compass. G.)to be raised and the inner circle to be recessed or flat. I will gladly pay for a pattern. Thanks for any help.89138

Not sure if this is any help, I'm not one of the 'software' guys but played with it anyway. If not what you need post again and someone will probably help you.
