Start Problem

When turned on the machine goes to #6 Accessory / Scan, the only other key that works is #10. Anyone ever have this, how was the fix?

New one to me. Just for something to try, have you tried reformatting the card? Would be the easiest first thing I can think of to eliminate.
Another thing I would check is that the ribbon cable on the back of the keypad was full inserted.
