Carve an Outline

I need help carving an outline with a 60* bit. I have a picture that I want to outline the picture only. Thanks

I don't have the dxf or drawing add-on for complex or involved picture but maybe someone else can help.

Otherwise, how complex is the picture? For simpler pictures you can draw it in designer.
