Used PROBE

So I purchased a used machine a few years ago and it came with a scanning probe. I have yet to use it and was thinking about giving it a shot. Everything I am seeing is that the software only comes with the original purchase and cannot be transferred. Any suggestions.

The software must be purchased to use the probe.

You can purchase either Pattern Editor or Pattern Sculptor (newer) to work with the probe.
